Built on Trust & Direct Fulfillment
SellTheSpot connects physical creators with brands. Learn how direct payments, creator fulfillment, and problem reporting work.
Before you sponsor
You are purchasing high-visibility physical sponsorship directly from an independent creator, athlete, driver, or event organizer.
Creators connect an authentic social account (e.g. ✓ X connected) so you know who is behind the listing.
Funds go directly from your payment card to the creator's checkout account. SellTheSpot never holds or escrow payments.
The creator defines the exact placement dimensions, visual orientation, and duration of the physical sponsorship.
Sponsorships run for fixed time periods (e.g., 30 days, 1 race season, 1 event) with clear start and end milestones.
Creator Responsibility
Creators who publish spots on SellTheSpot are solely responsible for fulfilling the sponsorship they offer.
Affixing the brand sticker, vinyl, or apparel print in the exact location shown on the interactive spot map.
Keeping the sponsorship visible and intact for the full duration specified in the accepted request.
Carrying out all promised physical exposure (e.g., wearing the jersey during race day, displaying the laptop in co-working spaces).
Only offering physical items, surfaces, or wearables that you personally own or have explicit legal authority to monetize.
The Role of SellTheSpot
SellTheSpot provides the marketplace, curation, and discovery layer to make physical sponsorship simple and visible.
Platform Boundary: SellTheSpot does not manufacture physical goods, attend creator events, or guarantee individual creator performance. Transactions are direct between creators and sponsors.
Sponsorship results
SellTheSpot provides a marketplace for discovering and arranging sponsorship opportunities. We do not guarantee views, impressions, clicks, engagement, sales, followers, funding, acquisitions, or other business results from any sponsorship.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing their sponsorship placement, duration, showcase plans, and included deliverables.
Sponsors should review the listing and sponsorship details carefully before submitting a request or making a payment.
Something went wrong?
If a creator does not fulfill an accepted sponsorship, or if you encounter suspicious activity, please report it immediately.
While SellTheSpot does not process payments or promise automatic refunds, our team actively investigates reported sponsorships. We may remove listings, suspend creator storefronts, and assist sponsors with documentation for chargeback/dispute filing with their payment provider.
